Privacy policy

Last updated: at the site's publication.

This page describes what this site does with the information it handles. It describes technical practices: it is not legal advice and does not claim regulatory compliance.

Website analysis

When you enter your website address in the demo, our server reads a limited number of public pages from that site, the way a visitor would.

We read public content only. We do not bypass authentication, CAPTCHAs or access controls, and we respect robots.txt directives.

  • Extracted information is structured (name, services, hours, contact details, frequent questions).
  • It is kept temporarily for the duration of the demo, then deleted automatically.
  • Full page content is not retained permanently.

Voice demo

The voice demo uses your browser microphone. Audio is sent to our AI voice provider to generate answers in real time.

Recording of demo calls is disabled in this site's configuration. The voice provider may still keep its own technical logs depending on its settings: that must be verified in the provider's dashboard before going to production.

Details you send us

If you fill in a form or book a demo, we keep what is needed to get back to you: name, business, contact details, stated need and scheduled appointment.

This information is used only for the ReceptionIQ sales process. It is not sold.

Abuse protection

To limit abuse and the cost of demo calls, we apply limits per session and per IP address. IP addresses are hashed before being used as a rate-limit key.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookie and no third-party tracker. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser.

Providers used

This site relies on providers for AI voice, appointment scheduling, hosting, database and email. Each provider receives only the data its function requires.

Your requests

For any question about your information, or to ask for its deletion, use the demo request form: your request will reach the ReceptionIQ team.
